Back to painting

There is that click that occurs when a work of art is acting as it should. Moreso, when you are doing to it what you must!

I’m so excited to be rolling around and playing with colors again. I was going to stick to a strictly pastel and washed out base, but decided to go with the truer vision of what I saw for each piece. That way, the only one I can blame is my brain. However, it’s like my second gut, it knows what to do. So, I listen to it.

E. and I have been crazy busy getting our bodies back in shape and taking part in art frenzies and nature hikes and want to wish you all a lovely Independence Day!
